One.Eight Pounds?  Hey, bears really don't like to spend much time measuring things, but when you bake as much as we do, it's much easier to use weight, vs. measuring cups.  Also, when it comes time to properly portion each batch, or value our veggies, a good scale is really important.  And you probably thought we just hibernated all winter!  Your Pal    Blu Bear
